You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the codph registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your codph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
codph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your codph account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified codph of a security breach in a timely manner.
codph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be used where supported.
In compliance with Philippine payment regulations, codph strictly prohibits the use of cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset) for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card funding of gambling accounts is also prohibited in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to deposit using prohibited payment methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your codph account dashboard and are subject to change. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. codph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. codph reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
codph is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. codph may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the codph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any codph content without prior written authorisation from codph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, codph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the codph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
codph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your codph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
codph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. codph will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
codph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented the following tools within every codph account:
Players who wish to self-exclude may do so through their codph account settings or by contacting codph support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. codph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if codph reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent authority.
Upon termination for cause, codph may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.
You may close your codph account at any time by contacting codph support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the codph platform, you should first contact codph's customer support team via live chat or email. codph will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
If you are not satisfied with codph's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. codph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
For disputes relating to specific game outcomes, codph's game logs and server records shall constitute the primary evidence. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on your device and codph's server records, the server records shall prevail.
codph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the codph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using codph and may request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
